History The ATTEXOR Group was created through a management buy-out from the Stockholm-based Atlas Copco Group in 1988. Today, ATTEXOR; Inc. and ATTEXOR Tools are two independent companies, working closely together. ATTEXOR, Inc. serves the North American market from its fully equipped competence center in Springfield MA since 1996. The Corporate Headquarters, ATTEXOR Tools of Renens/Lausanne, 40 miles, 60 km from Geneva, Switzerland handles R&D, product development, manufacturing and marketing related to clinching, stitchfolding and other methods for fastener-less assembly.
