Clinching - the green assembly method

In Single-stroke clinching, the material to be joined, sheet and profile, or overlapping sheets are forced into a die through the action of a punch.

When the material reaches the bottom of the die cavity, i.e. the anvil, it has to flow laterally, pushing the walls of the die outwards.

Through this process, the squeezing of the material between the punch and the anvil will create a rivet from the material itself, and in this way the layers will be mechanically locked together.
